To book an appointment, please use the contact us page. My secretary will take booking enquiries via email and phone. 

All that is required is yourself, although it is useful to bring the following with you:

  • GP referral letter
  • Previous neurology letters
  • Previous medical history with relation to your complaint
  • Prescription with current medicines (or the medicines themselves)

Please note you are more than welcome to bring along a family member or a friend to your appointment.
