Any tests or scans that may be required are not included in the consultation price, Dr Valavanis will check with you in the appointment prior to any requests being made.
All self-pay appointments will be invoiced.
Please note there will be a 50% charge of the appointment fee for all rescheduled appointments within 48hours. There is a 100% charge for a non-attendance.

Insurance membership number and authorisation code will need to be provided prior to the appointment confirmation. If no insurance details are provided prior to the booking when prompted, you may be liable for the cost of appointment.
For rescheduled appointments within 48h there will be a 50% charge of the appointment fee, for no shows (DNA) there will be a fee of 100% of the appointment charge. If you are booked with an Insurance company, you may be liable for the fee if your insurance does not cover this. For any rescheduled appointments do please try to give a minimum notice of 48hours and contact us directly via phone or email.
